The staff member who I talked to was Jessica Russo. She was polite and a good listener and through our dialogue gave me lots of good information. I am better able to chat my way through pending decisions about my health thanks to her.
Angela is always great to talk with. She takes the time to truly get to know you and she really cares. She is never in a rush to end the appointment and is always concerned with making sure my needs are met.
