Brad was excellent. He did the annual furnace check, helped me set the thermostat for heating and cooling. Offered the option of a surge protector and explained why it could be needed. Thank you to Brad and Hendrix for the good service
Henry was very professional and did a good job assessing why my AC was not working. Unfortunately, the system needs to be replaced, but that's due to the fact that it's over 20 years old and has not been maintained well. He was thorough and polite, and helped schedule a follow up appointment for an estimate to replace the whole system. He also gave some general advice for how to cool the house until I can replace the unit, and the pros and cons of trying a portable AC unit.
Mitch was great! Came out so fast, very knowledgeable and skilled. Got the AC diagnosed and running again. Explained everything and sent photos of the broken part and the new one. Gave us recommendations for current use and expected future service needs. People like Mitch are the reason I am loyal to Hendrix Heating and AC.
