Brad K. was our technician this time and did a great job. It was nice that he sent us a picture of himself ahead of time so we would know what he looked like when he arrived. He did a great job as usual for all the technicians that have serviced our systems over the years. He informed us all was in order and that there could be a problem with something but he would check it out and see if he could take care of it without having to order a new part. Very courteous and respectful and making sure that our doors were closed so that our little dog wouldn't get out. Thanks once again Hendriks. The window of arrival for technician was between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. - Mitch was here about 9:15 a.m. He worked to find a bad low voltage transformer and let me know it needed to be replaced. The wiring to the transformer was reversed, apparently when the furnace was originally installed 15+ years ago. The wiring also needed to be reversed with the new transformer to make it run with no noise. Thank you, Mitch!Service: HVAC system maintenance
