Our furnace quit working on Monday November 24. We called Barnes and they were really busy but she said they would get someone as soon as possible. Tuesday afternoon she called and said a service man would be able to come later that day. He came and figured out what the problem was and determined the part was under warranty. He said it would have to be ordered and probably would not be here until next week. This afternoon
Wednesday November 26, he came and said the part had arrived and installed it. We now have heat!!!! Happy Thanksgiving to us. We are very appreciative. He said we would be billed.
We are extremely pleased with our experience with Barnes Heating and Cooling. We needed a new heating and cooling system to replace our old system. We called Barnes Heating and Cooling who were professional, courteous, and helpful, from the start to the finish of the job. The installation was quick and our heating/cooling unit works great. Many thanks to the installers for great work!!
Called to get the furnace repaired. They were here in less than 48 hours. John was polite, professional, and had my heat working faster than you could complain that you were "cold" :) I will use them again in the future. The price was more than reasonable. Thank you Bruce & John.
