I’m impressed with Focus Hearing &Cooling! All of their people I interacted with have been very pleasant! I had a full day install on a Furnace and AC and the crew were professional and kind all packaged in one. Being my home I get nervous about having strangers in my home especially for such long periods of time but the technicians were very polite and accommodating to ensure we experienced very little interruptions. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

From the moment I called to the final setup of the thermostat, Focus Heating and Cooling has been an outstanding company to do business with. Everyone we spoke to, Janci, Corey, Autumn, Ken, Enrique and Trevor went above and beyond to make sure we understood each step of the process in buying a new unit. Corey was the salesman we worked with. We were extremely impressed with his honesty! We weren't pressured into buying the most expensive unit. In fact, he recommended the moderate choice. Update: we had our first maintenance appointment done and we were so happy with the work done. He came out and made sure the gas fireplace was cleaned and the glass was cleaned. All of the contacts were functioning and in perfect working order. He went outside to clean and inspect the AC unit. He also spent time inside in the attic cleaning and making sure our furnace was functioning properly. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I've received from Focus Heating and Cooling!!
