Brandon is really great! The membership model is really nice because it means I can book my appointment at a time that is convenient to me. The haircuts are good, like so good I'm willing to drive ten miles out of town to get my haircut good. I recommend him!

Fair price for a very high quality haircut & beard trim. They've done such a good job now my wife and daughter both go for haircuts and coloring. 10/10 Zero complaints.

Charges more than most other Barbers. Has a membership fee that auto-renews and the customer cannot cancel themselves. Brandon put something on my hair that severely damaged it and it did not get better until it grew completely out. Yells at their children and does nothing but complain about everything while customers are there. Very inappropriate topics of conversation, not kid or female friendly. Late to appointments. Open alcohol bar, so it’s not a good place for recovering alcoholics. Brandon has a poor attitude and poor customer service skills.

Can't speak on the haircut, I just know I cannot get a haircut without getting the app, which is a pain to set up, and then I need to pay $12 for some membership. I don't know how long it lasts or anything. No thank you, other great places allow for haircuts without paying for some membership and doing a secret handshake.
Response: I never once said I couldn't figure out the app, I said it was pain to download, set up and then finally need to pay money for a membership that is not explained of what comes with, e.g., duration, included. And you never reached out to me several times to attempt to help, you texted my phone saying this same thing about me being unprofessional. You are a business, not a private secret society, and should have some humility and grace, which you are lacking.What is unprofessional is not including and welcoming everyone to your business. You are making people download an app to their phone.. maybe they don't have a phone, know you are saying you must be of a certain class to come to your business. Maybe they don't want a bunch of silly apps on their phones, now you are telling people you are worth going against their values, I highly doubt that. So for me, yes you are right, you are not the right place for me or my family.
