As a busy mom, taking classes with April has been the best form of "me" time! I've started going to the Gentle yoga classes, and they have been so relaxing and rejuvenating. I love that they offer evening classes that fit in with my work schedule. Additionally, April is a great teacher. She is kind and patient. I've learned a lot. I highly recommend!
April is so kind and patient as she gently encourages each person to strengthen and stretch. She is always prepared and does well to design our sessions for our unique needs. Thanks for all the good health and smiles your yoga classes bring out of us.
