Yoga younion is truly a community treasure. The instructors shine in so many ways. The community amazing jewels. New to yoga asana or seasoned practitioners, every class offers opportunities to step it up or not so much , depending on your body and minds needs that day. There is nothing needed or any special way to dress. Every one is always welcomed with kindness, equanimity, and compassion. I have practiced for years here and my conclusion is it’s not terribly awful in any way whatsoever! Please 🙏 join us.
This is MY community! So nice to go to classes that all challenge and stretch my body to keep me mobile. Some day's I'm able to do more, some less, and my balance is improving!! I always leave with a thankful feeling of taking time out for myself and disconnecting from the world
I’ve been coming here regularly for about 3 years. It’s my favorite studio! April and Megan teach great classes, the people are friendly and welcoming. There’s also great workshops and opportunities for community involvement.
