We adopted Maisy in 2020 when she was 9 months old, we have had dogs in the past , pets and show dogs but never a dog like Maisy, she was reactive on lead and off lead and frightened of people. We contacted Fiona for help and can honestly say we wouldn’t be where we are without Fiona help. Fiona's knowledge and approach show a complete understanding of dog behaviour. After just a few sessions we are beginning to see great improvements in the behaviour of our anxious rescue. She is becoming more confident and relaxed in situations where before she was aggressive or scared. Fiona offers a very balanced, well researched and practiced approach. I called for help when my mum's dog was getting upset with my new puppy. Fiona came to my mum's house and met my assistance dog, my mum's dog and my new puppy. After hearing what we had to say and watching their behaviour, she talked through different aspects of approaches to take and answered all my questions. Fiona showed me how to safely correct behaviour and the whole session waz taped for our convenience, as Fiona gives a lot of information to remember all at once!
