About St. Helens Pediatric Dentistry
St. Helens Pediatric Dentistry is a highly regarded dental practice known for its friendly and caring staff. Parents appreciate the kindness and understanding shown by Dr. Moore and the entire team, which includes a wonderful anesthesiologist. The staff is dedicated to making children feel comfortable and informed, allowing them to play and ask questions during their visits. Patients have noted that the office is welcoming, creating a positive experience for both children and parents. However, some families have expressed frustration with the scheduling process, particularly regarding appointment times and rescheduling due to circumstances beyond the practice's control. Additionally, there have been concerns about the office dropping certain insurance plans, leading to some families needing to seek dental care elsewhere. Despite these issues, many parents feel that the quality of care provided is worth the challenges, and they appreciate the efforts to notify them about insurance changes in advance. Overall, St. Helens Pediatric Dentistry is celebrated for its excellent care and supportive environment, with many families stating they would not want to take their children anywhere else for dental needs.
Great staff. Great place. So glad we transferred here over a year ago!
Thank you so much my little boy is no longer afraid of the dentist Yay!! ❤️
I cannot express how grateful I am for this entire staff. Even during a pandemic, they've made things so easy and as least stressful as possible! We've dealt with a hellish string of events and mis-diagnoses the past few weeks for my 5 year old, and I was even ignored after her oral surgery at Randall 2 weeks ago, but from the first phone call my pediatrician made, I felt so good about my decision to come back to SHPD (they were my daughter's first dentist, but it's been 3 years since we've been back). I drove out from Banks, and I'm so glad I did. They took time to listen to me and answer all of my questions since my daughter now has to get a second surgery (first was at Randall and we were admitted) in less than 4 weeks. While that part doesn't exactly excite me, I know she's in great hands. Thank you for listening, for knowing that my Mom gut was right. After being brushed off by multiple medical professionals the past few weeks, I am so grateful that you took the time to keep my baby girl safe. See you next week! Madison has her new surgery PJ's picked out and is ready to show them off!
