We had a 19 year old water heater go out on us in the middle of winter so cold showers were getting old fast. After trying some basic fixes, we were referred to Sharp's by our AC service company and the experience was great. They returned my call the same day, he tried some basic trouble shooting on the phone, but in the end I needed a new tank. He was able to fit me in the same day and within hours, I had hot water. Brent and his assistant were great and though I hope I won't need a replacement for another 19 years, he will be the one I call.

Very helpful. Prompt to call and arrive, incredibly quick change out so we were without water a very minimal amount of time. Made sure I knew how it worked for adjusting the temp and the pilot light control. Answered all my questions in depth. All around very kind and upfront about everything. Will absolutely use again!

Sharps always responds to my apartment maintenance requests quickly, and get the job done quickly too. They are both very nice, thorough and make sure to go over all repairs before leaving.
