I missed 3 appointments in a year.Will not let me make an appointment again I’m ona call list in the last 5 months Iwas called two times both times for scappoose. They’re expensive but they’re nice and they know what they’re doing except for the whole appointment thing. I had a death I was sick twice and I called him.

Great team! Open communication with staff and Dr. They like to educate you and take the time to answer your questions, I have never felt hurried, and that is saying something because picking out frames can be a lengthy task especially when you cannot see very well post exam. The decor is very inviting and streamlined. Lots of frames to choose from, the staff is great about asking what you are looking for and making suggestions. They took the time to help me find something in my budget but still met my daily needs and wants. They are great at working with a wide range of insurance companies too. I highly recommend both the Scappoose and St. Helens branches!

Went to their St Helens office for my insurance recommended annual exam today. Office staff was very nice and helpful. I'd used my Albuterol inhaler for asthma just before my visit and my hands were too shaky to fill out the form, so the office staff helped me with it. Dr Thomas Chewerda is super nice and very knowledgeable and I respect his opinion completely. His office has all of the new equipment to do a really COMPLETE exam which is also a confidence booster. The rest of my family goes there and they are quite happy with their experiences. We would recommend the St Helens office to everyone.
