Very pleased with the work that was done on my septic. I had to get it pumped and my filter and pump serviced . I didn't know very much about my system and how it operates but the tech was kind enough to explain it to me so I don't have future more expensive problems. After making the initial call someone was at my house within the hour to access the situation. They said if they couldn't be back that day they would come the next morning. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we got paid a little more than we expected but that's because of our lack of knowledge and our neglect but now we know.
I didn't get a time window that they were going to come out, just the exact time. They were there 1 minute early. Excellent. They did the work and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Can't recommend enough. My only complaint is that they aren't great about answering the phone or calling back. If you don't get ahold of them, call again in 15 minutes.
We recently had a serious blockage in our main sewer line and initially called another company out to take a look. Unfortunately, they weren't able to figure out exactly what was going on or get it resolved.
Blue Heron was able to come out quickly, and within a short time they diagnosed the real issue—a completely broken pipe between our house and the septic tank due to ground settling. Not only did they explain everything clearly, but they also got the entire pipe replaced and had us back up and running within just a few days.
