Due to major stress in my life, I had been experiencing a lot of upper body, neck and back pain. I reached out via email on Thursday and received a very quick reply, allowing me to schedule an appointment for Sunday. When I arrived, I was greeted by a young lady at the front desk who was polite and kind. I later learned she was actually the LMT I was scheduled with, Lindsey. She made sure I was comfortable and asked about my trouble areas before starting. The last time I had a massage (back in 2016), it left me feeling very sore and even triggered my fibromyalgia for days, but this experience was completely different. Absolutely love A Better Way Massage. Staff are very professional, friendly, fun and listen to what your needs are. We were very lucky to find this wonderful place in the small town of Saint Helens. Joey is an excellent massage therapist. He has helped me tremendously with my neck and shoulder pain. Definitely my best treatment. My family will continue going to A Better Way Massage. I highly recommend them.
I saw Kaitlin and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and knew it would be an amazing session. She used a gentle flowing style that was extremely relaxing and all tension and stress just melted away.
