After a lengthy conversation with the physician/owner of this practice regarding employee behavior, we were both able to come to an understanding that no excuses could be made for refusal to return phone messages - and we both agreed that his staff should not treat his practice as an office that is so busy they can’t be bothered to answer the phone as well. I very much appreciated receiving a written apology on the behalf of his managing staff and accountability on the staff behalf to protect the physician’s practice by admitting that improvements needed to be made. I have had a positive experience here with Dr. Clark and Anna Peters, PAC. They have treated me with compassion and authenticity and really looked into my case when it was perplexing. They have been great at getting me in on shorter notice as well. I highly recommend this practice!
