Dr Clark is very kind and gave me options for my dermatology issues. Usually not a long wait, but since OMG lost all of its dermatologist, waits I suspect, are longer no matter where you go. This time I had to wait 15 mins. When Dr Clark did see me he gave me his full attention and didn’t rush through my time with him.

Everyone here does a great job. Never a big long wait for a scheduled appointment. In addition, the staff will have a conversation with you. Definitely doesn't feel like you are in a mill.

I went in to do my annual skin check with Lisa Ingold. This was my first time in the Springfield office. I had been to the Eugene office twice rating both visites about two stars.When I came for my skin check today, everyone was professional and courteous. I felt as if they cared about me and my skin issues. This office far exceeds the Eugene office! The only issue for me, and as I have read with other reviews, yes, a very quick skin check . I did feel that she listened and cared. Her nurse was very helpful and caring as well!
