I've been a long time client of Anna's and had an appointment schedule for 1:00 today. She unfortunately had to cancel at the last minute today because she wasn't feeling well, and didn't want to l expose me to any possible cold or, goddess forbid, Covid. She told me that she immediately went and got a COVID test and after receiving her negative results she messaged me to reschedule my appointment for later this same week. This surprised me, as I didn't think I would hear back from her so soon! I am so grateful to have a stylist who is so responsible and honest with her clients!
