My first visit with DR. Siva was a good one. He was very thorough about getting up to speed with my situation, which is complicated with several major issues. He probably messed up his day’s schedule by taking such a long time with me. I’m happy to have him as my primary provider.
A variety of medical issues were discussed which resulted in adjustments to my medications and defined an abridged path forward toward better health. Dr. D was understanding and thorough. Medic was helpful and knowledgeable. Staff in reception were stellar as always. Thanks!
I have tried for 2 months to make an appt. I've been on hold so long that I have had to go back to work. I finally got through yesterday and I was so amazed and conveyed as much, that I was hung up on afyer 27 mins of hold time. It was 4:45pm. I drove down there upset and when I walked through the front doors, the front office gals were talking about their homes and children. I was able to make an appt in person but will be looking for a new family of Dr.'s. This has been horrible. I've been walking in my foot for three months in pain.
