The front staff is very friendly. I have seen urgent care Doctors, PCP and OB and medical assistant who were all friendly and personable with great bedside manners. So happy to have found them. I hope this helps someone on their journey to find awesome care.
Friendly Staff..
Been going here for years. I love the staff, but communication is very poor. I had an aneurism show on an emergency scan that no one told me about or got me follow up imaging for. My disability lawyer found tbe note. My doctor had the note and got me a referal but I HAD TO BRING IT UP.
My testosterone being barely in normal parameters also had zero follow up or options provided.
Also waiting 15+ minutes listening to the same notes over and over at position 1 in the queue the entire time is a tad crazy making.
