My heat pump wasn’t working properly in heating mode. My coworkers told me to call Sunset. Boy am I glad I did. Alex came right out and gave me a good evaluation. The estimate came in from Steve quickly and he scheduled and completed the install within a week. Was so nice to come home to heat in the house a nice looking new heat pump outside PLUS These guys you can’t even tell they were here. They cleaned up so well. I was kind of worried because the furnace they replaced is an attic above my closet. But they put down dropcloth like I say you can’t even tell they were here.
Called sunset this Friday morning and Eric responded very quickly. He made time in his busy day to come troubleshoot my unit. He found the problem right away and took the time to fix it. Thank you for the great service Eric!
An all around great experience. Brian (owner) was a straight shooter from the start. He was knowledgeable and had great project and HVAC maintenance recommendations. Then to top it off the crew was awesome! Steve, Alex, and Kyler did a stellar job. Call around, then go w/ Sunset.
