Restoration Pros is a reliable and professional company that provides excellent service. They responded promptly to a "water incident" in a customer's home, replacing 80% of the house. The team was helpful, understanding, and did a wonderful job, working closely with the customer to achieve the desired outcome. Customers highly recommend Restoration Pros for their punctual, efficient, and courteous procedures.
Restoration Pros were super fast and responsive. They quickly got protective tarp on our damaged roof. Also they had good carpentry crew and a lineup of good contractors (roofing, drywall etc).
Dan and Uzzi from Restoration Pros helped us right from the beginning in navigating all that needed to be done with our home as the Ice Storm from 2024 brought with it significant damage due to trees falling on our house. They guided us through each of the stages of tearing down and rebuilding, and we will be forever grateful.
Dan and his team are amazing! We had a tree completely split our house in two. Dan was prompt and efficient at the initial mitigation. He was very open about communication and easy to work with. When we arrived at the building phase, dan was instrumental in helping us create our dream home. We had some pretty interesting requests that Dan completed with ease. He is always just one phone call away. His team is very hard working and kind. Lastly, he is also very experienced with insurance companies, helping us make this process as easy as possible!!!! Can’t recommend Dan and his team enough to anyone going through some sort of home restoration
