We have been Pacific Air Comfort customers for 20+ years. In that time span, the quality of service has been second to none and earned our respect as loyal customers. There has been countless times when the ladies in the office rearranged schedules to accommodate our needs. They did it with amazing attitudes, compassion and positivity. Working with Pacific Air and Comfort is always a huge sigh of relief between crazy deliveries because the ladies at Pacific Air are always ready to assist me with whatever help I need! Especially Stephanie!! She always goes out of her way to assist me with whatever paper work I have or help I may need and she always does it with a smile/friendly energy. I definitely always look forward to interacting with everyone at this company!

We needed a motor replaced in our ductless heat pump. The technicians were friendly and on time. There was a complication with the repair, however, April (office) and Matt (tech) went above and beyond to fix the problem.
