Both Amanda and Genoa performed my imaging and scans this morning and both of them were quick, experienced and had great people skills. I was in and out within an hour and couldn’t have expected a better experience. Thank you!
I was very surprised at the low cost for this scan, as I am a self-employed, uninsured, self-pay, sorry American health care consumer. They have a great policy to help us out-of-pocket plebians out. Secondly, the staff was extremely professional and caring. I had an MRI with contrast, and the radiology technicians just made the entire experience, well, hard to say 'a pleasure' because how much fun can getting an MRI be, but extremely palatable. There, that word works. I recommend them highly. A+ job, OIC.
Holy cow, this was outstanding. I was a Walk in, streamlined check-in at kiosk, zero wait on a Friday afternoon. Efficient, thorough, professional and friendly. Three staff informed me about or checked on parking validation without my asking. I wish all medical clinics were run so well.
