Oregon Imaging is always well organized. They get you in quickly (I’ve never had to wait very long) and get your test done right away. The only problem I have with the check-in process is when my husband goes he is unable to use the computer when you first enter. He does not see well enough. So I have to go in with him and do that part for him but otherwise it’s all good. They’re professional but friendly. I’ve never had any problems with them only a job well done. I wish all doctors offices were like Oregon Imaging!
I arrived early for my appointment and thought I would be waiting for a while but was only a very few minutes when I was taken to prepare for my MRI.
I walk with a walker and they helped me to get ready for the scan, making me as comfortable as possible, the music I liked, etc. Both were very friendly and helpful.
I’ve gone to Oregon Imaging for years a number of times. And they’re always An excellent bunch of professionals. They’re always very nice and helpful. Their facilities are clean and organized. I would say that some of the chairs in the waiting room should be replaced because of stains and broken down springs in the cushions. Lol.
