It would be five stars if the front desk staff would pick up the phone. The dentist is amazing, makes me feel secure even with my anxiety disorder. But I have yet to have a phone call be picked up and always have to leave a message.
Dr. Hansen and his staff give the best dental experience I have had hands down. They always make you comfortable and explain things thoroughly, and don't shove any upsells or crazy products to you. They take their time and are gentle. Great location, would recommend!
At first I was a bit apprehensive of this dental office due to the front office staff not being able to follow through and complete a referral sent out for my root canal that was needed but Dr. Hanson has totally changed my view of this office. He has gone above and beyond for me just to make sure I am not in pain at this time. He always explains everything he is doing thoroughly which I very much appreciate, having severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist office. Not to mention his assistant is absolutely so sweet and caring. I am waiting for my root canal appointment and have had headaches and pain every day due to that tooth.
