After the ice storm, my old Sanyo did not turn on.Called Kent Witham Air and within an hour James arrived. He checked out the outdoor unit and instead of saying your unit is toast, he said I think it may be the fuses. Sure enough he got it working. When the old unit finally goes,guess where I will be buying a Misubishi unit? Yup... Kent Witham Air!
James was really good. We had Marshall's out last year and they didn't even look at our filters. James not only looked at these loaded dust filters, but showed me how to replace them as well as getting our AC running again. 100% recommend these folks
I hired KW to service my heat pump. The technicians were punctual as scheduled. This was the most thorough evaluation of my system. They cleaned the A coil in the heat exchanger, tested the evaporation pump on the inside unit. They checked the efficiency of the capacitor and tested for proper charge. Excellent work, very professional and informative regarding the overall condition of my older R22 unit. Thank you.
