Talking with Josh was easy and I did not feel condescended to. I felt respected, even though I do not understand everything about construction methods, materials, codes, and the like.When the time came, the job started on schedule and the workers were careful, competent, and knowledgeable. They were mindful of their own safety, and respectful of my house rules, including watching out for my two aging dogs and keeping them safe while coming in and out of the yard.They kept their work picked up and left the place in good shape at the end of each work day. I noticed they all got along well and Josh Marshall worked alongside them several days, particularly on the roof.The job was completed on time, and I am very happy with the results.
