I recently had Marshall Construction and Design complete a basement shower and toilet installation in my home in Alliance. The work was done exactly as quoted, on schedule, and to a clean, professional standard.
Josh was pleasant and easy-going to work with from start to finish. Communication was straightforward, and he handled the job with minimal disruption. The pricing was reasonable and represented good value for the scope of work. In my experience, he has been the most dependable contractor I have worked with.

Josh Marshall came out to look at my job. He was thorough, and answered all my questions. He had ideas about how to resolve some of my challenges within budget. Talking with Josh was easy and I did not feel condescended to. I felt respected, even though I do not understand everything about construction methods, materials, codes, and the like.When the time came, the job started on schedule and the workers were careful, competent, and knowledgeable. We first contacted Marshall Construction for a fence estimate prior to moving into our new house. Josh was very prompt, professional and quick with our initial estimate. I’m pretty sure I changed my mind 10 times before his crew started building the fence. Each time Josh catered to what we really wanted and redid the estimates accordingly. The finished product was more than I could have hoped for, it turned out amazing. After the fence was built, I wasn’t in love with the stain color we chose, Josh and his crew re-stained the entire thing with a beautiful color I’m in love with.
