The hospital's medical equipment, such as a CT machine that detected a blockage not visible on X-ray, ensures accurate diagnosis and treatment. The team is also appreciated for their supportive attitude, compassion, and ability to handle various emergencies, including eye infections and serious illnesses. Clients often mention how the staff treat pets as if they were their own, making the hospital a trusted and highly-recommended destination for pet emergencies.
Staff was wonderful, caring and very helpful in the difficult process of helping our Cajun cross over the rainbow bridge. Very professional and courteous .
Offered all the time we needed, Didn’t rush us through our grieving
Very thorough and talked us through every step of the process
If I could I would give them 10 stars.
They were very good at treating my cat. But the one guy there taking information for the billing needs to show some compassion instead of being all about if you have all the money for your bill.. he was pretty rude!!
Brought my dog Violet in, she is reactive and not friendly. All the staff were very understanding and professional and I felt comfortable in leaving Violet with them overnight. They were very upfront with costs and care, even letting us know that we could come visit her. I could not recommend this place even more, I felt that my pet was in good hands and now she is home feeling better than ever. Thank you to Dr. Johnson, Natalie, Rebecca, Dawn, and everyone else there!
