I came to write an awesome review of this place and of Frank but saw my husband beat me too it . I guess that alone says how much we love it here .

My daughter had her first class last week and she absolutely loves it here. She is very excited for her next class with Frank Pollara. Frank is a master in his field and a master with the children.Over the years I’ve had experience with other training gyms…..boxing, karate, bjj. I’ve been around a few and I can honestly say that Frank is top notch. Glad we found this place. I’m looking forward to watching my daughter’s progress.
