“They managed to get me in for a same-day appointment to remove some cheat grass from my dog's ear, and both the receptionist and the doctor were very kind to both me and my dog. And, although I was quoted a price when I made the appointment that included sedation, I was very happy that Dr. Steve first tried removing the cheat grass without sedation--and succeeded! That meant that I got out of there for half of what I expected to have to pay, and more importantly, my dog didn't have to deal with being sedated. I also liked that I was able to be in the room with my dog during the procedure (which is becoming less common at other vets over the last few years, I've noticed--and causes unnecessary stress to the dog...and by extension, to me.) Very happy with the whole experience.“
