Unbelievable service. I am incredibly impressed and rarely give a full five star review, but Marwan and Jeanette deserve this credit.

They were very kind about rescheduling when I was not quite ready. On the day of our rescheduled appointment, Marwan arrived on time, patiently and thoroughly reviewed every room in the house before he got started. He explained the process and got to work.

The results are amazing. Between a puppy, a very sick adult dog and life in general, our house and carpet felt and looked lived in. Marwan’s expertise completely revived our carpet. His attention to detail is impeccable.

This company has years of experience and expertise and it shows. Our technician arrived on time and was very respectful of us and our home. we had our carpets, upholstery, and tile grout cleaned and the results are great. We thought we needed to replace the carpeting but Marwan told us there was still years of life left and a good cleaning was all it needed. He was right! the carpeting looks great as does our tile work and upholstery. These days it's hard to find quality workmanship so I strongly recommend M&J carpet cleaning to anyone.

My living room couch was soiled and i wanted to have it cleaned immediately. I found M&J and gave them a call and was assisted by Janette. She was able to schedule my appointment the very next day which was very important to me because I didn't want the "mess" to set in. Janette was so nice and pleasant over the phone. Throughout the day i had to call multiple times (for different reasons) and each time she maintained such a sweet demeanor. Marwan arrived the next day and though he arrived a bit late, now that I know why and with his customer service, I totally didn't mind it. Marwan and Janette are the owners and they are just so wonderful to work with. My couch looks great and smells great. I definitely recommend their business. I know i will be reaching out to them in time for spring cleaning!
