I'm in my 70s and had been an athletic all my life up until the last decade. A pinch nerve sent me to Alana, my physical therapist, for the first time. Right away I realized I should have taken advantage of the expertise and wisdom of a physical therapist years ago. I would have recovered from injuries faster and stronger and I would have better understood my body's particular strengths and, more importantly, it's potential vulnerabilities.I'm also grateful my PT serves our small town because the car ride to the nearest metro area would have been a painful ride. We are a physical therapy clinic offering one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy to women and men as well as physical therapy for orthopedic injuries, low back pain, and fall/balance prevention. Our new Sisters, OR clinic is located inside a small fitness studio, Sweat PNW. We offer free 15-minute consults virtually or in-person to determine if PT is right for you!
