I am currently sitting in the lobby here. I scheduled a massage for my wife and I, both at noon. She was taken back on time. I am still sitting here, almost 40 minutes past the scheduled start time. She is going to have to sit and wait for me whenever they decide it's my time to go back. I had to knock on a door and the woman seemed very surprised that no one had notified me that she was going to be late.
Addendum: The massage was offered free for the inconvenience. So, at least they made it right. And the actual massage was very good.

Amoreena is a very magical lady with a mother's touch full of care and you can tell she loves her craft in healing. Be ready for an immersion of peace, release of pain and luxurious super awesome body oils. Definitely the best of the best from my experiences that I have had before with others places that I will not return to and have found the only massage younwill want to have.
