Our water heater went out just as we were leaving town. It is a bit complicated to replace because we have a continuous hot water circulation system that attaches to the heater. Advantage Plumbing replaced the water heater and even came back out when the circulating water didn't work (at first). They diagnosed that issue at no extra charge and I was able to personally make the repair to that system using youtube. I have used them numerous times over the years and will eagerly use them again when I have another plumbing need/issue.

Although Advantage Plumbing has done good jobs for me at my current house twice in the past, that was 3-5 years ago. Now I can't get them to return my call. I called them last Thursday and left a message about a non-emergency leak I was having that I needed to schedule for repair, even mentioning I was a returning customer, but received no call-back. Today is mid-day on Tuesday. I expected them to return my call within two business days, but maybe they're so busy they don't want or need my business. I will choose a more responsive plumbing contractor who returns my calls.
