Frustrating to try to reach anyone there but once you are there staff and Drs are all very kind. The patient portal seems to be the only way to communicate with them as there is no automated choice to speak to a receptionist or operator. I have sent three messages thru the portal recently and none have received any reply. I've been transferred to a new provider who is fine but is not listed in their portal. The portal requires provider name to submit a message but won't let you type name. Instead you have to select from drop down list. I'm concerned that my messages are being ignored since I had to put a different Dr than who I saw. If you live close enough to go communicate...read full review

I've been going to this clinic all my life. It has its pros and it's cons for each individual. I love walking in the doors and knowing the people around me from the receptionist, doctors and the staff at the pharmacy and the other patients. It's not just a doctor appointment but a visit with friends and family at the same time and all the while feeling safe and important.
