“Well, here goes my pictures aren't as good as some of the other people writing reviews. They came out this morning and after a full day all 12 of my trees were professionally trimmed and look as good as almost new. I was so afraid they would be mutilated. They are beautiful and show off our house built in 1978 as a modern home. The guys worked non stop, just stopping for a short lunch and back at it. I would recommend them to all of you that want your trees to compliment your home, not just hacked. With all this said, it took almost a full day to trim, clean up and leave our place better than when they got here.Service: Tree trimming & pruning“

“Peter came out and looked at limb, branch damage earlier in the week when no one else would return my call to look at what had happened, educated me on how to repair things, as well as provided an estimate. He scheduled an appointment to return today (Saturday) and showed up on time, ready to go and was professional, thorough and actually went above and beyond what we had discussed. “I had a bit of an emergency need for an Arborist service to remove the barely holding together remaining 1/2 of about a 30 ft tall big cherry tree that split during a day of gusty winds. What was left of the tree was threatening my neighbor's house so I needed help ASAP. I contacted Jonathan and he arrived to assess the situation within about 30 minutes. He had his crew out early the next morning and they did a phenomenal job removing the sketchy remains that mostly hung over the neighbor's lot, as well as cleaning everything up to damn near spotless.Every part of the process was speedy and professional from the time I called, to the crew finishing the job. This was while they already had what sounded like plenty of jobs to take care of due the windstorm.I had been planning on removing this tree and have been talking to those around me who had trees removed and I'd say the price was reasonable and better than what I expected.I will certainly be referring NW Arbor Culture if I run into anybody needing tree services.“

From the first initial contact with David all the way till when the job was completed with his crew I can't say enough about how professional, knowledgeable and experienced they all are. David was very helpful in answering all my questions throughout the whole process. The communication was excellent, they were on time and worked very efficiently. We had an oak tree removed and several Fir trees pruned. They did an amazing job navigating the backyard to make sure not to damage anything in the surrounding area. They cleaned up and took all the scraps with them as if nothing ever happened. Felt like they treated my home as if it was their own.
