Disappointed with my first visit to Hand and Stone Progress ridge. My appointment was at 9:00 for a one hour massage and I was told that meant a 50 minute hands on massage. I told the therapist my Neck and shoulders were my problem area but wanted whole body. She only massaged me for 40 minutes and didn’t touch my neck and shoulders. When she said we were done I asked if she was going to do my neck and she said no because she ran out of time focusing on my back. When I checked out I told the front desk girl That it was only 40 minutes and not 50 and she said oh that’s weird and asked if I wanted to leave gratuity. I did leave a gratuity because the massage I did receive for 40 minutes was good. It was just 10 minutes short and did not include my neck and shoulders as requested.“
