The service that I experienced today at four seasons, was amazing. I got the pleasure to try the new chairs. They were awesome. The back red machine was exceptional. Very comfortable.
I have been coming here for years. They are always prompt, efficient, easy to schedule with, and it’s a great place to go for self-care. I have seen Lynh for a long time and I highly recommend her and the rest of her team.
Not sure if making an appointment makes a difference. We arrived on time but my pedicure started 30 minutes late. I had only a pedicure no polish. From start to removing hot towel was 41 minutes. Reservation stated 55 minutes. Maybe if I had polish applied it would have been 55.
I did enjoy my 41 minute pedicure!
