Brought my dog in for his yearly exam, updated vacs and concern about ear/groin scratching/licking.
Dr. Kavanaugh and staff got us in quickly and went above and beyond trying to help me work within my fixed income to get the proper treatment and medications.
He showed signs of improvement immediately.
Crossroads always comes through with flying colors.
Our first time coming in was to have a very hard conversation. Amidst the tears and difficulty of the conversation, everyone we worked with and spoke to was so kind, thoughtful, and understanding. When the time comes to do the hardest thing we will do for our pet, I know we will be in great hands with Crossroads, and so will our pup.
The practice is not the same since private equity bought the practice about 2023. After greater than 15 years as a client, I’m looking to switch to a practice which is not so revenue-driven.
