I wanted to do something special for my partner and found Living Fit through Google. The owner was so communicative and gracious while working with me on a hybrid session, something not really on the menu, to fit what I was looking for that I thought would cover all the bases. We truly enjoyed the yoga and sound bath (something neither of us had done but were interested in.) I highly recommend this lovely space and the human who runs it! Thank you again.

I enjoyed The Calm Cascade class on Saturday morning. Very relaxing class with the singing bowls. Brenna was a great teacher, and the whole studio (classroom and even lobby) had a soothing vibe, and a nice - but NOT overpowering - smell. I felt calm and secure and relaxed.

We had a wonderful beach yoga session with Dina! Scheduling the class was easy and Dina did a wonderful job for our all levels class. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a private beach yoga class!
