Decent hardware selection, weirdly aggressive and grouchy cashier. We just stopped in to by a couple of washers for a project. While we were pleased that they had exactly what we needed, the customer interaction was awful. While paying for our items, the cashier wouldn't meet our eye, refused to respond to our friendly greeting, *threw*our change on the counter and slammed our receipt down. While we had a good chuckle in the car after we left, I have to say in my decades of retail work, I never treated a customer like that. I would try other businesses in the future first.

Cleaning by design is amazing! They're detail oriented and get the job done. Plus it's a local small business, and we have to support each other when we can. I highly recommend!

I love my ACE HARDWARE on Evergreen Way in Everett. They greet you as soon as you enter & ask if you're looking for something specific. They'll take you right to whatever you're looking for. They're very knowledgeable ; & I so prefer going there compared to the huge chain hardware store. It's like hometown good customer service!!
