Michael helped me when I was locked out of my storage unit, and the service was outstanding. He arrived quickly, was exceptionally friendly, and went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he unlock the unit, but he also spent over an hour afterward helping me load heavy boxes. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer service truly stood out. Great service and such kind people! Micheal came to Cannon Beach to service a lock for us. He was knowledgeable and explained why the lock wasn't working for us. He quickly replaced it and was on his way. We will definitely use Coastal Lock n Key for our future needs!

From out of town and we thought we locked our keys in our car - while local police couldn’t help, I called here and Allan jumped to our rescue, immediately calling out a guy who could come into Cannon Beach and help us. Great service — highly recommend!!
