Just want to shout out to the BEST team for an amazing install and customer service. I called and spoke with Andy to request a consult, and she sent Craig. He was very professional and friendly to work with and ran through all my option with me! I think he saved me a big chunk of change as I was looking to cool every room in my house, not knowing how they worked. Chuck, Jose, and Hunter were my installation team and they were so quick and efficient at their jobs. They performed the install and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished inside my home. Best heating and cooling is simply put the best. From the first call to get a quote from Craig in which he explained the process and gave us several options, to the one day installation of our new furnace and additional air conditioning unit (just in time) the crew at Best did everything they could to make sure the furnace was installed and working properly and the clean up afterwards was great. We certainly would recommend Best Heating to anyone in need of repair or replacement of their old heating system. Very nice people and we met the owner and stated our satisfaction with his crew which he seemed very proud of we will continue working with Best Heating for the future.... read full review

After 29 years of faithful service, my heat pump was saying that it was tired and ready for retirement. After a service call by Hunter, he confirmed that it was time. We sat down and discussed viable options and also why one of them would be a best choice. The next day, I recieved a call from the office (Andi (spelling probably wrong)) and set up a time and date for installing the new heat pump, The installers arrived early, and after giving them an orientation to where everything was located, they went right to work.
