My prior roof was not properly vented and black mold was growing inside my attic. The roof was 30+ years old anyway and was due for replacement. Dedicated fan exhaust dampers and vents were properly installed near the roof peak. In one day the crew came in and tore out the old shingles, OSB sheathing, and installed new plywood sheathing. The next day they completed the roof and left the area surrounding the house clean an tidy, The installation looks great and is warranted by the manufacture (Malarkey Roofing). Gutters were also replaced and I am very happy with the final result.

Spruce It Up replaced two roofs for me. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them highly for this type of work.
