Shannon is great! She did an awesome job making my hair look fuller and healthier. I don't normally trust people to cut my hair, but she was immediately trustworthy and took good care of me! Definitely recommend if you're around the Scappoose area!

I typically don't do anything special with my long hair. I shampoo it, I let it air dry, and I have it cut annually. That's about it. However, having lived in many cities across the globe for research, for those annual cuts I have patronized salons everywhere from central London, Mumbai, and Bogotá to DC and Chicago. Then between COVID, childbirth, and postpartum hair shedding this year, I let my hair care lapse for even longer and was in need of some serious help. Being new to this area, a friend recommended that I check out Salon Halloo, located just five minutes from my house. I've only had my hair cut at Salon Halloo twice, and both times have been wonderful! This last appointment there was a mishap with the system and my appointment didn't get recorded correctly. Even though they technically weren't expecting me, they worked me in and treated me with genuine kindness and gave me the same care as any other scheduled client. Definitely found my forever salon!
