I had different company's come out and try to sell me complete complete cooling systems for outrageous price of $8000. to 17,000 dollars. They did a check up and found and easy fix. So, our air handler went out due to a circuit board that wasn’t available anywhere I or Columbia could find it (regionally). Columbia escalated it with Trane and was able to track it down (Trane was out of stock when I called). Throughout this process (2 weeks) the people at Columbia were great in their communications and, believe it or not, in the final bill! Big shout out and kudos to Scott and Josh…thank you!
I am really impressed by those who represent your company. The secretary who takes the info., is patient, informative, professional, friendly, courteous, and on top of everything I asked of her. Your sales person, Martin, who was a great listener, answered ALL my questions with respect, knowledge, and patience. Martin was very helpful and suggested the BEST system for me and worked with me on the price with federal and state incentives. The installer, Charles Gresham, and his helper, Chris, were unbelievable. They were friendly, very professional, respectful, gave much attention to details to their work, went above and beyond what we expected. Was very impressed with their neatness, expertise, and thoroughness. These employees deserve recognition. What an AMAZING team of workers your company has. You must be very PROUD of THEM!!!! .
