Grateful - I called Greg about my RV furnace problem and he was already busy for the day and headed out for vacation. He listened to what I had to say and walked me through what I could try. He had insight into my problem that I hadn't been able to find anywhere on the internet or from the big RV stores. I was able to fix the problem in half an hour!
I live in rural,wa.and have been withoutheat since Dec...After many calls/pictures of part assembly to multi places, I was able to get help here,within 2 days!!!Bless you Glenn and doris.I'm toasty anda happy continued customer..Warm regards vicki
My furnace in my 5th wheel stopped working during the cold snap we just had. I called Glen on Monday morning and he and Doris were at my place within 40 minutes. Glen pulled out the furnace, got the sail switch unstuck, blew it the dust out of it and had me up and running in under 90 minutes. Great service and really nice people! I highly recommend them.
