We have used this company twice now, once at each of our houses. At the first house, I explained to the tech what I was seeing and the areas I thought were of concern. He walked the house and property and then got right to work. He put out poison through out the house and traps around the perimeter. Once he was done he gave a through explanation of where everything was and explained roughly how long it should take to see results.
