Was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, when I brought my son in to establish care here, but it was a great experience! Every member of staff was friendly and informative. The dentist, Troy was great too! My son even self initiated flossing more, he is 10 btw, after speaking with Troy. So big smiles all around!
I was nervous at first about using Willamette Dental Insurance because you don’t get to choose any dentist you want. You MUST go to a Willamette office.
Now that I have been to the Liberty office I am SO glad that we came! I was greeted so kindly by Nicole and Sophie at the front desk. They helped me a ton with scheduling, clearly explaining all the details and even helped me schedule orthodontic and oral surgery appointments. It was a doozy of a job for all 5 of my family members and they made the challenge a breeze.
