They were wonderful! Great pricing, I needed a forklift for a project, the delivery was delayed, they gave us a great deal for the whole week, still cheaper than our one day quote from a competitor. We rented a drop bed trailer and were very impressed. It worked great and pulled perfectly.Beyond that, the customer service was fabulous. I didn't catch the name of our salesman, but he had to deal with a very difficult customer. He had the patience of Job and went above and beyond to ensure that this customer understood everything.We'll definitely be renting again and I highly recommend.
Amazingly in the middle of most of Northern Oregon being shut down from ice and snow storms United Rentals provided our Retreat Center a 65 KW generator when our hydroelectric system and 1 backup generator failed.
