I stopped by Ulta Beauty looking at Tom Ford fragrances on May 26th and Olivia ended up helping me. She was incredibly kind, approachable, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. She took time to answer my questions, walk me through different scents, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me find something I’d enjoy rather than making a sale. I even asked if employees worked on commission because of how much effort she was putting in, and she told me they don’t. That made me appreciate her help even more. Thank you, Olivia, for making the experience welcoming and memorable.
Kayla and Kyle were super helpful with getting some fun basics picked out and explaining what to do with the makeup to two teens who are just starting to look at being a little more femme presenting.
