Got my eyebrows done by Sophia on Saturday and she was amazing - she checked in with me regularly and clearly cared about my opinion. She also listened to me ramble throughout the process without making me feel stupid or uncomfortable in any way, which are common feelings for me because I’m a nervous talker. 10/10 on Sophia specifically
I couldn’t find the product I was looking for, but the staff here were extremely helpful and attentive. They approached me on their own and asked if I was looking for anything specific today. They really care about their customers and give great recommendations. One of the store associates, with a very friendly smile, gave me her full attention and even checked on her device to locate the product I needed. She told me it’s available at Ulta in Keizer and at Ulta Commercial. Excellent customer service!
Walked in, looked at a few aisles intently, and not one of the 6 people wearing radios (who were not helping any customers) asked me if I needed any help. I worked at Best Buy & one of the things that was always drilled into us was to interact with every customer, just so they knew they were seen. Frustrating that no one could be bothered to ask me if I needed any assistance. So, I walked out & posted this review.
